Dusting

Mopping
One of the cleaning chores you should be doing every week is mopping the floor. Of course, if you have a family or kids, you might need to mop the floor more frequently. Dust and mop hardwood floors with a microfiber cloth.

Spot Cleaning
Spot clean areas such as:
- Change linens in bedrooms
- Clean outdoor mats
- Clean bathrooms
- Clean entry and patio doors
- Clean the kitchen sink
- Clean the microwave and toaster
- Collect and take out the trash
- Spot clean walls
- Toss leftovers from the fridge
- Wipe down kitchen appliances and stovetops

Vacuuming
Vacuuming is one of the cleaning chores you should be doing every week. Vacuuming and dusting every week can help avoid trigger allergies and respiratory issues. Vacuum your carpets and rugs once a week, but if you have pets, it’s best to vacuum twice a week.
You may divide these four weekly cleaning chores so that you won’t be overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning tasks to do. Modify your cleaning schedule according to your needs or your family’s needs!
